SCHENECTADY - A Schenectady County jury deliberated for two hours Tuesday before recessing for the evening in the murder trial of a  33-year-old murder suspect from Brooklyn.

James Wells is charged with murder for the shooting death of 15-year-old Eddie Stanley.

Prosecutors said the high school basketball player was killed during an argument over missing car keys at a house party on Bridge Street, in June 2011.

Wells' attorney argued that Wells was not holding the murder weapon at the time of the shooting, and that another man was responsible.
