SARATOGA SPRINGS - The man accused of threatening to kill a Skidmore College student is now facing additional charges in Saratoga Springs.

Lance Leonard is charged with issuing a bad check and theft of services.

Police say the charges stem from an incident that happened back in November.

They say Leonard was staying in a Saratoga bed and breakfast and left without paying.

When contacted by the owners, police say Leonard told them he sent a check to cover the cost, but he had no money in his account.

He's also facing charges for threatening a Skidmore student after she tried to break off a relationship she had with him.
