ALBANY - The Lifetime movie about convicted Capital Region killer, Christopher Porco will air as scheduled this Saturday night.

An attorney for Lifetime Entertainment was in Albany Thursday, fighting for the right to air the movie, after Porco got a temporary restraining order to keep the movie from airing Saturday.

He's convicted in the axe murder of his father and the attempted murder of his mother in their Delmar home 9 years ago.

The judge granted Lifetime attorney's appeal late Thursday afternoon.
