AMSTERDAM - There is still no word on possible charges in a deadly crash on Route 67 in Amsterdam a week and a half ago.

Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department tells NewsChannel 13 they are waiting for test results to determine what caused 68-year-old David Bain to cross lanes and hit another vehicle head on.

Three people in that were killed, 33-year-old Tanya Slight, 38-year-old Shyara Concepcion and 9-year-old Elijah Sleight.

2-year-old Naomi Sleight is still hospitalized at Albany Med.
