Vt. woman accused of Facebook framing

BENNINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Police in Bennington, Vt., have accused a woman of creating a Facebook account in another woman's name to frame her for violating a restraining order.
The Bennington Banner reports Lindsey Baker of Bennington pleaded not guilty in court Monday to identity theft, aggravated stalking, and other charges. She's accused of creating the Facebook account in the name of Alyssa Parks, the girlfriend of Baker's former husband.
The 22-year-old Baker allegedly sent messages to her own Facebook account from the false Parks account and used them to get a restraining order against Parks. Parks has her own restraining order against Baker.
Parks told police she had deleted her Facebook account prior to the time Baker said the messages were sent.
