ALBANY - An 11-year-old girl in Albany has lost part of her eyesight after police say she was unintentionally shot with a BB gun.
Police say the girl was shot as she walked out of her house on North Allen Street.
They've identified the shooter as 17-year-old Jordan Marbley.
Marbley is charged with reckless assault.
The girl suffered serious injuries to her left eye, including loss of sight.
