ALBANY - The former chief financial officer of the Brighter Choice Foundation admits to stealing more than $200,000 from the foundation.
Ronald Racela pleaded guilty Tuesday to grand larceny, admitting to making false payroll entries on the foundations financial records between September of 2011 and December of last year.
