Greene County man faces multiple burglary charges

Catskill State Police say they have put an end to a string of home burglaries in Greene, Albany and Schoharie Counties.

On Friday police found 24 year old Robert Giordano driving down Rte 22 in Durham in what they believe was a stolen vehicle. When he was arrested, police say they discovered a number of items reported stolen, including firearms, jewelry and electronics.

Giordano is facing several felony and misdemeanor charges, including three counts of Burglary. He is being held in Greene County Jail. More charges are expected in connection to the burglaries out of Schoharie and Albany Counties.
