Man charged after pair of break-ins

WATERVLIET – Police have arrested a 24-year-old man after they say he broke into a neighbor’s house twice over the weekend and stole jewelry.

According to police, Richard Hall, was arrested at the Troy Pawn Shop attempting to sell the stolen goods.

Hall was charged with two counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of petit larceny. He was arraigned and sent to Albany County Jail.
