TROY - It was an emotional day Tuesday morning in Troy, where two names were added to Rensselaer County's DWI memorial.

20-year-olds Kyle Dobert and Alisha Schoonmaker were killed in 2011 in Schaghticoke.

Dobert's father, Philip, was the one driving.

He was drunk.

Philip Dobert is now serving a sentence of 7 to 21 years behind bars.

The DWI Victims' Memorial is at the corner of Congress and 13th Streets in Troy.
