GLOVERSVILLE - An ice cream truck rivalry ended with two people under arrest.

The fight was between Mr. Ding-A-Ling and Sno-Cone Joe.

Police say 21-year-old Amanda Scott and 34-year-old Joshua Malatino both own and drive several Sno-Cone Joe trucks.

They are accused of harassing drivers of Mr. Ding-A-Ling trucks.

Police say they would follow the rival truck, playing their music loudly, and yelling that they have free ice cream.

Malatino is also accused of yelling at a Mr. Ding-A-Ling driver, claiming that his business controls the ice cream sales market in Gloversville.
