ALBANY - The man accused of leaving four dogs in a parked truck in sub-freezing temperatures, was arraigned Friday morning.

A grand jury indicted Anthony Walker on several counts of animal cruelty.

Back in January, authorities say Walker left four pit bull dogs unattended inside a UHaul truck.

Police say Walker is the same man who abandoned pit bull puppies on railroad tracks in Albany last fall.

He faces up to two years in the county jail, if convicted.
