Plane wreckage removed from Hudson River

GERMANTOWN - In Columbia County, crews are lifting the wreckage of a small plane that crashed last week into the Hudson River.

The WWII era seaplane crashed in Germantown.

The pilot, 72-year-old Michael Braunstein of Copake was the only one onboard, he was killed.

The NTSB says it could take up to year to determine the cause of the crash.
