ALBANY - Thursday morning a ground breaking ceremony was held for an ambitious plan called Sheridan Hollow.

The redevelopment project in Arbor Hill will be done in phases.

Habitat for Humanity and the Touhey Home Ownership Foundation broke ground for new, single family homes.

A group called Housing Vision will also share in the redevelopment.

The plan calls for 57 new homes plus commercial space to be built in Sheridan Hollow.
