Saratoga County man admits to stealing from hospice home, friend

SARATOGA COUNTY - A Saratoga County man who admitted stealing from the hospice home he was hired to keep running, now admits to stealing from a friend as well.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post Star report Robert Spratt Jr. admitted to fraudulently accessing a young woman's checking account.

That woman was the daughter of a woman Spratt was dating.

According to the paper, Spratt pleaded guilty to fraudulently accessing the account and cashing checks totaling $3,300.

The thefts took place in Saratoga County.
