The Pink Whale

QUEENSBURY - The Pink Whale that used to be the staple photo spot of many family trips to The Great Escape is making a return.

The whale dates back to 1954 when it was first a Storytown USA centerpiece.

It was removed in 2005 to make room for newer attractions.

For years guests have asked for the Pink Whale back, and they succeeded.

All guests wearing the color pink on Thursday, July 11 will receive admission for just kid's price and five dollars of each ticket donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
