WASHINGTON COUNTY - A Washington County woman is accused of lying to receive welfare benefits she wasn't entitled to.

35-year-old April Duggan is charged with grand larceny accused of failing to notify Warren County social services when she moved to Washington County.

Sheriff's investigators say she kept using her electronic benefits card through Warren County after she moved, collecting more than one thousand dollars in assistance that she was no longer entitled to receive.
