BECKETT - Police began a dive search around 8:00 Tuesday morning for Jamie Lusher.

They plan to continue until around 2:00pm.

They will return Wednesday and Thursday, unless results dictate otherwise.

Massachusetts Police say information Lewis Lent gave them, caused them to begin their search in the North Central part of Greenwater Pond, near Route 20 in Beckett.

It’s the body of Jamie Lusher could be in that area.

Lusher was 16-years-old when he went missing in 1992.

Lent confessed to kidnapping two other kids: Jimmy Bernardo and Sarah Ann Wood, also in the early 1990s.

Police are allowing for the possibility that Lent could be misleading them about where he hid the remains, but are searching diligently anyway.
