BALLSTON SPA – A harness driver at Saratoga Casino and Raceway has been convicted of having sex with two underage girls.

Brian Allen, 47, was found guilty of a felony criminal sexual act in the second degree related to one victim. He was also been convicted of endangering the welfare of a child.

The conviction followed a bench trial before Judge Jerry Scarano.

After the conviction Allen decided to take a plea deal regarding the second victim, admitting to an additional count of committing a second-degree criminal sexual act.

Allen is expected to be given three years in prison when he is sentenced on Sept. 19.
