Following an autopsy completed Saturday, Washington County Sheriffs say the human remains found in the Hudson River near Lock 7 is that of Renee Coxon.

Coxon was reported missing from Fort Edward on July 24 after leaving work unexpectedly. Police searched the area near the Fennimore bridge for two days with divers from the Saratoga County Sheriffs Office and State Police helicopters.

Dredging crews on the river discovered Coxon's body on July 26. Police do not suspect foul play. The investigation is ongoing.
