A court hearing is set for Anthony Repp.

The 22-year-old is accused of killing his mother and step-father inside their Schaghticoke home on July 4.

Police say after the murders, Repp hopped a train to Massachusetts where he was arrested.

Repp is due in Superior Court in Franklin County, Aug. 8.

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick has already signed an extradition order for Repp.

If Repp does not fight it by Aug. 8 he will be sent back to Rensselaer County to face murder charges.
