SARATOGA SPRINGS - In Saratoga Springs on Wednesday, a discussion about the impacts of opening four new casinos in upstate New York was held.

It was the topic of Albany Law School's annual gaming summit at the Gideon Putnam.

Industry leaders and state legislators talked about the economic boost that four new gambling halls will bring.

State Senator John Bonacic, Chair of the Senate Racing Committee, called the new casinos a game changer, but acknowledged they'll come with some problems like more people addicted to gambling.
