HEBRON - Police now say a driver was suicidal and caused the deadly chain reaction crash that happened last month.
Police now say a driver was suicidal and caused the crash.
It happened on July 20 in Hebron.
State police tell NewsChannel 13 that 44-year-old Ora Roaix intentionally drove into an oncoming lane and struck another car head on.
Lisa Martin of North Adams was killed.
Five others, including Roaix, and one person who stopped to help, were injured.
Roaix is charged with manslaughter.
