Saratoga bugler pleads guilty to DWAI

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Sam Grossman, the bugler at Saratoga Race Course, pleaded guilty to DWAI in Saratoga Springs City Court on Tuesday morning.

Police say Grossman had a BAC of .15% when he was pulled over early Saturday morning.

Grossman’s license has been suspended for six months.

He is also ordered to pay $555 in fines and attend a “Drinker Driver Program” and victim impact panel.
