BALLSTON - There will be no vote Tuesday night on a proposed asphalt plant in the town of Ballston.
As we first reported last night, the town board was due to vote on some zoning changes that would prohibit the construction of the plant in the Curtis Industrial Park.
If that happened, the company behind the deal promised to sue the town.
Now, a spokeswoman for the town tell us a public hearing will instead be held on September 12.
A vote will come at some point after that.
