The man wanted in the armed robbery of Trustco Bank in Slingerlands last month, has waived his extradition hearing.

Police found Victor Shear in South Carolina, last Wednesday.

He had been on the run for about a week.

Bethlehem Police had arrested one person accused of helping Shear avoid arrest.

Shear is expected to arrive back home on Tuesday.

He will be arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court.

State Police say he is also a suspect in a bank robbery in Sharon Springs, earlier this year.
