Gloversville Police release new information on shoe store robbery

GLOVERSVILLE – Police have released suspect descriptions in connection with a shoe store robbery that happened over the weekend.

The robbery happened Saturday afternoon around 3:30 at Rossbach’s Shoe Store.

Police say the suspects first posed as customers, and then held up the place at gunpoint.

They were last seeing fleeing in a dark, four door compact car with spoke wheels, near Bleecker and Church, possibly heading north on Elm Street.

Here are the descriptions of the suspects, all described as Hispanic or light-skinned black males:

#1: 5’07” to 5’10”, average build, possibly in his 30s, with a large scar on one of his cheeks about 3-4 inches long.

#2: 6’00 to 6’02, average build, possibly late 20s or early 30s , tattoo of numbers/letters in a straight line on left forearm.

#3: 5’05 to 5’08, stockier than the other two, with a young looking face, a red shirt and a red hat, possibly in his mid 20s
