NEW LEBANON - Kobe the alligator is back home in New Lebanon.
His owner found the alligator Wednesday night in a creek on her property.
The three-foot-long alligator was reported missing about two weeks ago. At first his owner thought Kobe had escaped, but now she thinks someone stole him.
The town's animal control officer, Wes Powell, says they have identified a person of interest in Kobe's disappearance and the investigation is ongoing.
