New Albany plaza signs three tenants

ALBANY - Three companies have announced plans to move into the former Union Station.

SEFCU, CHA, and Windstream Corporation are all coming to Kiernan Plaza, bringing with them 130 jobs.

They are the first, corporate partners of the smart cities technology innovation center, a project coordinated by the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

The Capital Region Economic Development Council is supplying $30 million to help fund what is being called, a technology hub.
