Six weeks from now, voters in New York will decide whether to expand in casino gambling. But there is little debate and what there has been seems to be more about the language of the question voters will decide.
Usually, with a constitutional amendment, the language is very staid, very legalese - but not the casino gambling question. It reads more like an ad for laundry detergent.
Critics say that it's intended to mislead voters.
