A Boston man accused of stabbing a cab driver who drove him to North Adams is being held on bail.
Berthony Jean Baptiste, 21, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to assault charges.
Our media partners at the Berkshire Eagle report Baptiste cut the driver’s hand with a knife and stole his cell phone, after paying $250 for the ride.
Police were able to track him down using that phone.
