It's called "New York Jobs Now". A coalition of labor leaders and politicians that will spend several million dollars trying to get voters to approve casino gaming on Election Day. They are promising thousands of new jobs and millions in revenues for local governments.
Critics, and even some impartial experts, claim that New York may have missed the casino "gravy train," that the casino "pie" is being cut up into smaller and smaller slices.
