WATERFORD – A Nassau man is charged with Grand Larceny for failing to complete roofing work he was paid to do.

Timothy Williams, 52, was allegedly paid $2,000 to complete roof work in the Town of Waterford back in July.

Williams then reportedly asked his client for more money to do the work, to which the client canceled his services and asked for his money back.

Police say Williams never gave back the cash.

Williams has 13 prior arrests including a dozen felonies.

He was remanded to jail after being arraigned on Thursday.
