GALLUPVILLE – A father is under arrest, after police say he forcibly extracted three permanent teeth from his eight-year-old, mentally handicapped foster daughter.
The teeth were discovered missing by a dentist, after the child complained of mouth pain at school.
Steven Walker, 34, now faces charges of felony assault.
He was sent to the Schoharie County Jail in lieu of bail.
The child was removed from the home.
