The town government in Glenville is holding a public forum Monday night.
Town Supervisor Chris Koetzle and the Town Board say they'll discuss a "restructuring within the supervisors office."
Town Hall says the proposal would save taxpayers over $16,000 a year.
It appears to be connected to Koetzle's desire to turn his temporary town supervisor's post into a full time position.
The salary would increase from $19,000 a year to $83,000.
Some of the funding would come from eliminating the town Director of Operations post and combining it with the supervisor’s office.
That public meeting is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Town of Glenville Senior Center.
