ALBANY – An Albany man will spend 3 years behind bars for attempting to sell heroin.

Kasaad Dorsey, 24, was sentenced on Friday.

Dorsey pleaded guilty to attempted sale of a controlled substance back in September.

The arrest stems back an arrest at Ida Yarborough Apartments in November 2012.

Dorsey was found with 110 bags of heroin packaged for sale.
