SCHOHARIE - The Gallupville man accused of extracting adult teeth from his mentally-handicapped foster daughter was indicted on Wednesday.

Steven Walker, 34, is charged with two counts of second-degree assault, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

His arraignment is pending in Schoharie County Court.

A custodial account has been set up for the eight-year-old child.

Donations can be made at any NBT Bank branch, by sending check or money order to “Paul Brady Custodian”.

All proceeds will benefit the child, who has since been moved to a different foster home.
