Gov. Andrew Cuomo is sending his lieutenant governor and cabinet members across the state Thursday to sell his message.

They'll be delivering the governor's bullet points from Wednesday’s annual State of the State address in Albany.

Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy will be in Watertown and Fort Drum. Secretary of State Cesar Perales will be in Amsterdam.

Other Cuomo subordinates will be in the Southern Tier, New York City, Long Island and Western and Central New York, all talking to the public about the governor's agenda, including:

  • A freeze on property taxes and a cut in corporate tax rates.
  • A timeline for choosing the sites of four new casinos upstate.
  • Bonus money of up to $20,000 for teachers.
  • Allowing medical marijuana on a limited basis.
  • Cleaning up the streets with tougher laws against drunk driving and distracted driving.
