The Troy man accused of molesting three girls between the ages of 3 and 6 and taking pictures of it is scheduled to be back in the Capital Region on Friday.
A representative with the U.S. Marshall’s Office tells NewsChannel 13 that Jesse Sawyer Jr. is scheduled to come up from Brooklyn with other prisoners.
However, they caution the date could change.
Sawyer prompted a national manhunt after fleeing Troy.
Police found him in Florida about a week and a half later. However, he was released due to a paperwork error.
He was caught again later that day.
