A man police say they found intoxicated and asleep behind the wheel of his car is being identified as the CEO of a YMCA camp on Lake George.

David Kisselback, 46, of Silver Bay has been arrested by the Warren County Sheriff's office.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post-Star report Kisselback runs the "Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center."

The sheriff's office says Kisselback had a BAC twice the legal limit when he was encountered in the town of Hague early Wednesday morning.

The Post-Star says Kisselback is the former director of the YMCA in Glens Falls.
