Passenger in Albany car chase sentenced for heroin possession

ALBANY— The passenger in a Downtown Albany car chase has been sentenced to three years in state prison for heroin possession.

Albany police arrested Rudolph Bradley and Todd Watkins after the two men tried to escape police at a traffic stop.

Police searched the car and both men, and found that Watkins was carrying a bag containing 11 grams of heroin.

Watkins pleaded guilty to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, and was sentenced in Albany County Court.
