ALBANY - A Pennsylvania man is behind bars over two nickels.

Police say Charlie Phelps, 21, stole 10 cents from a woman on South Pearl Street in Albany on Friday morning.

The victim says Phelps threatened her with a hypodermic needle before taking the money.

Witnesses helped police track him down.

Because a hypodermic needle was used in the robbery, Phelps also faces a weapons possession charge.
