QUEENSBURY – A Queensbury man is facing charges after police say a child he was supposed to be watching thought he was dead on the floor.
They say 31-year-old Baylen Burlingame was found unconscious on the bathroom floor of his East Street home.
He was found with heroin and exposed needles nearby.
Police say the child he was supposed to be watching found Burlingame on the floor and told neighbors he might be dead.
Burlingame was taken to Glens Falls Hospital and treated.
He was then arrested on child endangerment and drug possession charges and sent to the Warren County jail for lack of bail.
