Joyce Weiler is vice president of Business Banking for KeyBank N.A. She is responsible for business development, sales and service of banking products to small business clients that have annual revenues of $1 million to $15 million in Albany, Columbia, Greene and Rensselaer counties. She also serves as relationship manager for the Key4Women program in the Capital Region.

Weiler joined Key in 1993 as a loan officer for the Community Banking department. Previously, she was vice president and regional manager at 1st American Bank of New York in Albany. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Weiler earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics from the College of Mount St. Vincent in Riverdale, N.Y. She holds her master’s degree in management from the College of St. Rose in Albany, N.Y.

An Albany native, Weiler currently resides in Ballston Lake, N.Y.. She is an active member of the community and is actively involved with the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Entrepreneurial Assistance Committee, Capital Business Assistance Fund, Capital Regional Economic Development Committee and the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society Board. She is the liaison with the Capital District Business Information Center and a member of the Women’s Business Council. Weiler is also a former board member of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
