Coffee can be good for your health

There’s more proof drinking coffee can be good for your health.

Researchers in the UK looked at the results of more than 200 studies on java. Overall, they found three to four cups a day offered the biggest benefit, including lower risks of liver disease, diabetes, dementia and some cancers.

Coffee drinkers also appeared to have lower risks for heart disease. The only exception? Women who are pregnant.
