Study: Mother Nature can boost your health

There’s more proof that the great outdoors can boost your health.
A new study out of Canada suggests appreciating nature boosts happiness and well-being. In the study, researchers asked a group of adults to take photos and then write about how trees, flowers and other nature made them feel.
After two weeks, they felt happier and more connected to others than people asked to document human made objects.
