PTSD medical marijuana bill heads to Cuomo's desk

A bipartisan proposal to add post-traumatic stress disorder as a qualifying condition for medical marijuana in New York has passed both houses. It is now headed to Governor Cuomo's desk.

The Senate vote Tuesday was 50-13 and the Assembly vote back in May was 131-8.
