Simple things can help avoid hangover

New Year's Eve is one of the biggest party nights of the year!
There are some simple ways you can begin 2018 without a hangover.
Experts at the Mayo Clinic say the only guaranteed way to prevent a hangover is to avoid alcohol. However, if you do decide to have a few cocktails, be sure to eat before and during the time you are drinking. Avoid having more than one alcoholic drink in an hour and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Most importantly, drink in moderation and know your limits.
Experts suggest deciding ahead of time how much you want to drink and stick to it.
Of course, never -- ever -- drink and drive.
