New test can detect ovarian cancer earlier

A team of American and Polish researchers have developed a new test to diagnose ovarian cancer. This one can detect the disease at an earlier stage, unlike current blood tests, which until now have only detected the cancer at an advanced stage.

It is estimated one in 75 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
