Vitamin D may lower cancer risk

Consider talking with your doctor about Vitamin D.
Researchers at the National Cancer Center in Japan looked at 30,000 adults. They say those with the highest Vitamin D levels were 20-percent less likely to develop cancer than those with the lowest levels.
High Vitamin D levels were especially linked to a lower risk of liver cancer but had no real impact on lung or prostate cancer risk.
